Thank you for shopping with Fly Casual. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before buying.

Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, odor, or damage

Items that have been worn are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Items returned after the 14-day window
  • Any item not in its original, unworn condition

Store Credit Only

All approved returns will be issued as store credit. We do not offer cash refunds or exchanges at this time. Store credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at flycasualco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and reason for return.
  3. We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  4. Ship the item back at your expense.
  5. Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3-5 business days.
